There are thousands of parts and peripheral are used in mobile. all are stocked in to thier departments.

All process start with PCB(Printed circuit board), where all the other parts are mounted.

Worker at Nokia, prepare a automatic feed reel of parts. Machine can takes different compound from reel one by one.


Automatic machine place parts according to computer softaware. Also it is tested for accuracy.


Some parts like speaker, camera and other module are placed manually with high skilled workers.

When all assembling is done, mobile handset is tested for quality and reliability. If O.K it is packed with manuall and other packing stuffs.
